3. Processing and Shipping Time

We aim to process and ship your order within 1–3 working days. In exceptional cases (such as public holidays or high demand), this may take slightly longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

We ship using reliable courier services within the United Kingdom. The average delivery time is 7-14 working days from the date of dispatch. For some products or remote areas, delivery times may vary slightly. We do our best to meet the indicated delivery times, but these are not guaranteed.

6. Missed Delivery

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the courier will usually leave a card or attempt to deliver to a neighbour or collection point. You will receive a notification from the courier service with more details.

If your order has not arrived within 14 working days after dispatch, please contact us at info@velovia.co.uk. We will investigate the status of your order and offer a suitable solution if necessary.

8. Incorrect or Damaged Deliveries

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please report it within 48 hours of receipt via email, including clear photos of the issue. We will resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
