Returns and Exchanges – Velovia

At Velovia, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item under the conditions outlined below.

1. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
After cancellation, you have a further 30 days to return the item.

To exercise this right, please contact us at info@velovia.co.uk and include your name, order number, and the item(s) you wish to return.

2. Conditions for Returns
We will accept your return if:

  • The item is in its original condition (unused and undamaged)

  • Preferably in its original packaging

  • It is sent back within the return period

All returns must be sent directly to our warehouse in China. We process all returns from there. This system allows us to offer free shipping on customer orders.

Please note: certain products (e.g. hygiene-sensitive or sealed goods) cannot be returned if the seal has been broken. This will be clearly stated on the product page.

3. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless:

  • The item is damaged

  • We have explicitly agreed in writing to cover the return costs

We recommend using a tracked shipping service. You are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse in China.

4. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund as soon as possible – no later than 30 days after you notify us of the return. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item or until you have provided proof of return.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

5. Exchanges
Would you like to exchange an item for a different colour, size, or product? Please contact us first at info@velovia.co.uk so we can check the availability of the item you want.
